STEP 1: ENTER INSIDE BOX DIMENSIONS Enter the INSIDE dimensions of your required box size. Contact us if you need help with your box measurements. Measured in inches

STEP 2: QUANTITY Enter the number of custom corrugated boxes you wish to order. There is no minimum quantity. However, the larger the quantity, the less the per-box cost will be.

If you are adding printing, here are the quantities allowed per print method:
  • Digital (C-Series): <= 350
  • Flexo (C-Series): > 350
  • Flexo (Other): >= 100
  • None (Other): < 100
    • For quantities over 10,000, please contact us to get the most competitive pricing.

    STEP 3: STRENGTH Box Strength Strength should be chosen depending on the weight of the product that will be shipped or stored in the box. The options are:

    200 lb Single Wall – single-wall corrugated structure that works well for product weighing up to 50 lbs.

    275 lb Single Wall – single-wall corrugated structure that works well for product weighing up to 75 lbs.

    350 lb Double Wall – double-wall corrugated structure that works well for product weighing up to 100 lbs.

    All box strengths are 100% recyclable and between 60% and 95% post-consumer waste.

    COLOR Box Color Options for box color include:

    Kraft/Kraft – color is kraft (brown) on both the inside and outside of the box.

    White/Kraft – color is white on the outside and kraft (brown) on the inside of the box

    PRINT METHOD We offer multiple box printing options to meet your needs.
  • Flexo – up to 3 color print applied directly to the corrugated material.
  • Digital – print is applied directly to the corrugated material and eliminates the need for cutting dies and print plates

    • For projects with printing, you will receive an electronic proof after your order is submitted. Note that that all spot colors will be converted to 4CP for digital pricing and production.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Which box style should I select?

    This depends on many factors, including the size of your products and how you want to pack them out. We offer the two most common types of box on our website box builder, the Regular Slotted Container (RSC) and the C-Series Mailer Box. The RSC is a standard shipping box, where the flaps meet in the middle and then are taped closed. The Mailer box doesn’t require taping, as it auto-locks closed.
    If you need help selecting a box style, or need a style that is not on the website, please contact us.

    Are your custom boxes eco-friendly and recyclable?

    Yes! We stand apart from competitors by manufacturing with 100% recyclable kraft boxes made from 60-95% post-consumer waste. We also offer corrugated boxes made from 30-70% post-consumer waste. Bolt Boxes is SFI® Certified, meaning your custom cardboard boxes are made from ethically and ecologically grown trees.

    Is there a minimum order quantity? Is there a price break if I order more?

    There is no minimum order quantity. And yes! At higher order quantities, the per-box cost will be lower./

    Do you offer prototyping or a sample?

    Yes! We offer structural prototypes of the box. To get a prototype, you can either send us the dimensions of the box you want or you can send us a sample of your product and we can build a prototype to fit. To get a quick sample box sent to you, submit this form!

    How do I provide artwork for my box?

    You can upload the file during the checkout process or you can send us the artwork after you’re done checking out. Once submitted, our design team will review the artwork you provided and will send you the dieline or communicate any changes/suggestions to make sure your boxes come out looking great.
