A custom RSC box, or a regular slotted container, refers to the standard style of box construction in the packaging industry. The four flaps of an RSC style box all fold over one another, meet in the middle and are usually taped or stapled shut.
If your product requires additional protection where it meets the bottom of the box or on top, corrugated pads may be placed between the inside flaps of an RSC style box.
When you need precise specifications for your RSC box, Bolt Boxes has got you covered. We can custom manufacture a wide range of lengths, widths and depths to ensure our RSC corrugated boxes work for your products.
Simply enter the box dimensions you need, along with the quantity, material and whether or not you need printing, and we’ll create a structural prototype and provide images of custom shipping boxes we’ve produced in the past. If you grant us your approval, all that’s left for us to do is schedule the job, manufacture and ship.
All flaps on an RSC corrugated box have the same length, and the two outer flaps, or lengthwise flaps, equate to one-half of the carton’s width. This way, the two outer flaps can meet at the center of the box when folded.
