STEP 1: ENTER INSIDE BOX DIMENSIONS Enter the INSIDE dimensions of your required box size. Contact us if you need help with your box measurements. Measured in inches

STEP 2: QUANTITY Enter the number of custom corrugated boxes you wish to order. There is no minimum quantity. However, the larger the quantity, the less the per-box cost will be.

If you are adding printing, here are the quantities allowed per print method:
  • Digital (C-Series): <= 350
  • Flexo (C-Series): > 350
  • Flexo (Other): >= 100
  • None (Other): < 100
    • For quantities over 10,000, please contact us to get the most competitive pricing.

    STEP 3: STRENGTH Box Strength Strength should be chosen depending on the weight of the product that will be shipped or stored in the box. The options are:

    200 lb Single Wall – single-wall corrugated structure that works well for product weighing up to 50 lbs.

    275 lb Single Wall – single-wall corrugated structure that works well for product weighing up to 75 lbs.

    350 lb Double Wall – double-wall corrugated structure that works well for product weighing up to 100 lbs.

    All box strengths are 100% recyclable and between 60% and 95% post-consumer waste.

    COLOR Box Color Options for box color include:

    Kraft/Kraft – color is kraft (brown) on both the inside and outside of the box.

    White/Kraft – color is white on the outside and kraft (brown) on the inside of the box
